What if I am not satisfied with my purchase?

We are sorry to hear this. For our EU and UK customers, we offer a refund. Unfortunately, at the moment we can not offer refunds to customers outside the EU and UK.

Any products that are unopened, undamaged, and unused can be eligible for a refund. The packaging needs to be in its original state.

First-time customers can return products up to 30 days after the delivery date.

Recurring customers can return products up to 14 days after the delivery date.

Please contact yourfriends@helloyeu.com before sending any product back for a return or a replacement. Don't forget to share the proper amount of information for us to understand the issue. Also, please add your purchase order or purchase ID so we can easily find your order and help you as fast as possible.

Initial shipping charges are non-refundable. Shipping fees for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.

If the goods are in new condition, we will ensure that the full purchase price without transport costs will be refunded within 30 days of the date that we receive the returned product.
